I am in receipt of a copy of your correspondence along with the your brochure which helpfully describes eligibility and processing for a VA mortgage loan.
I am especially impressed with the quality of this brochure and I am therefore requesting another 500 brochures in order that they may be placed in the Veterans Services Agency reception area for distribution to veterans.

Former Director

From Peter J. Juliano former chief Health Administration for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System During the Years of 2000-2004:

My name is Peter J. Juliano, and I am the Chief Health Administration service for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System. I also serve in collateral capacity as the Public Affairs Officer for the New York Campus.
In this capacity, for the past several years, I have coordinated with Mr. David Nedlin a number of Homebuyers Seminars utilizing conference room space at the New York Campus. These events have been sponsored in conjunction with the Military Order of the Purple Heart Service Organization and held 8-10 times a year.
All of these seminars have been well attended. It was not uncommon for there to be over 100 attendees at each event. The response from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic. This sentiment was expressed to me on a routine basis by the attendees.

Ms. Hazel Cathers, Director

purpleheart-1As we approach the end of another year, I would like to extend my thanks & gratitude to you & your organization for the work that you do within the Veteran Community. Your Homebuyers Seminars for Veterans have always provided the Veteran Community with a lot of valuable information which would otherwise be unavailable to them. As I have seen your presentation a number of times, it is refreshing to see that you take the time to educate & inform all Veterans of the entire Home buying process and that you show a true and sincere desire to help them become homeowners. I feel that all veterans should be exposed to this educational seminar & please do not hesitate to use us a reference in future. I would be happy to be instrumental in recommending this seminar to other Veteran organizations.
Looking forward to our continued relationship in the future.

Hi David, Thanks for your presentation I know it was very helpful. The brief you did was for the units that are in this building. I gave a card to the admin personnel in case they wanted to set anything else up but we do annual training in the summer at Ft Drum.

My name is Charles B. Jones and I am the Military Liaison for DeVry College of New York. David Nedlin has been a wealth of information concerning the VA Home Loan process and how veterans can set themselves up for success when considering using their VA benefits to purchase a home. David came to our Mid-Town Manhattan Campus in April of 2014 and gave a presentation to our Student Veterans Club in which we had approximately 20 students in attendance. David walked them through the VA Home Buying Process, spoke about things you can do now before you enter the process to increase your chances of being approved. He presentation was informative and insightful and it raised a lot of great questions from our students. I look forward to working with Mr. Nedlin in future events designed to service our nation’s veteran population who are most deserving of our time and attention.

Respectfully Yours,
